Passive: Abyss Reflection

Skill 1: Headline Bonus
Heals all allies for X% of their combined current ATK and applies Breaking News to all allies for X turn(s).
Breaking News: Increases ATK by X%, with stacks equal to the number of living allies when applied, and raises the maximum debuff stacks counted for Weakness DMG inflicted by the bearer to X.
