It is said that every Inspector who emerges from the rigorous training system of the StormEye bears an indelible psychological imprint left by the renowned instructor, “Moonred.” The strict teachings and the multitude of methods, create a striking contrast with the instructor’s diminutive stature and adorable appearance.

After reprimanding others from a position of superiority, Evelina always quickly reflects on herself: Oops, perhaps I went a bit too far… Fortunately, no one truly holds a grudge against her for it. Some suspect that she serves an incredibly mysterious force. But does this enigmatic entity truly exist in our world?

Bloodline: Pallas’s Cat
Pallas’s Cats exhibit short, thick limbs and dense fur, giving them a robust appearance. Their thick and soft fur provides excellent insulation, allowing them to comfortably rest on frozen or snowy grounds during their hunting excursions. Notably, their tails feature distinct black rings on the tips. While their calls resemble those of domestic cats, they possess a rougher tone. Pallas’s Cats are naturally cautious, independent, fierce, and aggressive. They inhabit deserts, grasslands, and the Gobi regions, thriving in cold and barren environments. These nocturnal creatures commence their activities and hunting ventures after dusk. Equipped with highly developed vision and hearing, they swiftly evade or seek refuge in temporary burrows when faced with danger.

Combat Skill:
– Ultimate: Sweetheart’s Gift
Consumes all of this Combatant’s Sandwich Biscuits and deals X% ATK as Sunder DMG to one enemy. For each stack of Sandwich Biscuit, increases base DMG by X%.
Sunder DMG: When attacking, deals damage based on X x CRIT DMG.
– Skill 1: Bouncing Kick
Deals X% ATK as DMG to one enemy.
– Skill 2: Whirling Gale
Deals X% ATK as DMG to one enemy and increases this Combatant’s ATK by X% for X turn(s).
– Passive: Candy Party
For each ally with Blue Pathos on the battlefield, increases Candy Sweetheart’s CRIT DMG by X%. When an ally (other than Candy Sweetheart) applies a Star Level Boost, one random 1★ skill card of Candy Sweetheart is upgraded to 2★ (up to once per turn).
When “Candy Sweetheart” uses her basic skill, she gains a Sandwich Biscuit with an equal number of stacks based on the skill’s star level, stacking up to 8 times.
